What is Rann Utsav?
The winter festival of the White Rann
Rann Utsav – The Tent City is a seasonal accommodation and event experience in Dhordo. It is separate from Dhordo village and the White Rann access area. The operator publishes current dates, programme details and package inclusions for each season.
Plan these as separate stops. The White Rann has its own entry instructions through Gujarat Tourism, while Tent City facilities and events follow the operator's booking terms. A stay does not by itself establish every access permission or inclusion.

Rann Utsav 2026-27 dates
The Tent City season runs from 1 November 2026 to 7 March 2027. White Rann entry requires a separate permit. Current listed entry rates are:
- Adults (over 12): ₹100
- Children (ages 6–12): ₹50
- Children up to age 5: Free
- Two- and four-wheelers: ₹0
The permit portal may show an additional “Hope n Hope” charge (₹40 per adult and ₹20 per child); confirm the final amount during application.
